These terms apply to Brainfront (“the game”), operated by Novos Verity (“we”, “us”). By playing you agree to them. Contact: contact@brainfront.dev.

Playing the game

  • The game is free to play. It is offered as is, and we may change, pause or end any part of it, including matchmaking, leaderboards, missions and cosmetic items.
  • You need an internet connection. Matches are decided by our servers; their result is final.
  • When you play through CrazyGames, the CrazyGames terms also apply.

Fair play

You agree not to:

  • cheat, use bots, scripts or automation, or exploit bugs to gain an advantage or rewards;
  • deliberately lose, trade wins or manipulate ratings or leaderboards;
  • choose a display name that is offensive, impersonates someone, or infringes someone else’s rights;
  • attack, overload or try to gain unauthorised access to the game or its servers.

We may reset progress, remove items, hide or change display names, or suspend players who break these rules.

Coins and cosmetic items

Coins are earned by playing and by watching optional ads. They have no monetary value, cannot be bought, sold or exchanged for money, and can only be used for cosmetic items in the game. Cosmetic items do not affect matches. We may adjust prices, rewards and items.

Questions and reports

We work to keep questions accurate. If you think a question is wrong, use “Report this question” in the game. Questions are general knowledge for entertainment only.

Content and intellectual property

The game, its artwork, questions and code belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute or resell them except as needed to play.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost progress or interruptions of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law of your country that cannot be limited.

How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. These terms are governed by the laws , without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
